Can Instant Pot Recipes Be Doubled?

Yes, Instant Pot recipes can be doubled successfully. One rule of thumb you should always follow when doubling a recipe is to double the ingredients, but always keep the cooking time and temperature the same.

It may take a little longer for the pot to come to pressure, but it will take the same amount of time under pressure to cook the doubled recipe.
