Spice Blends
It is no secret that I love to cook with spices. If there is a spice that I love, I will find or make up a recipe just so I can use it more often. Some premade spice blends can be full of less than desirable things (read my article on Garam Masala vs Curry Powder for more details), so I prefer to make my own. This is a list of my own spice mix recipes! You can make your own Shawarma Spice Mix to pair with your favorite cut of meat. Garam Masala is used in SO MANY of my recipes and I promise it is way better when you make your own! Do yourself a favor and make your own spice blend to get the most delicious flavor out of your meals, from my air fryer kofta kebabs to my Instant Pot Butter Chicken.
