- Oil
- Onion- Finely chopped so they cook to a tender consistency.

Tips And Tricks
Instant Pot Turkey Chili is absolutely delightful exactly as it is, but if you’re wanting to switch things up a bit when you make it a second (or third, or fourth…) time, here are some ways to add a little variety to the recipe:
- Add more veggies. I added corn and onion to this recipe to provide additional texture. If you’re craving more veggies, try adding zucchini, bell peppers, or even carrots. To prevent them from overcooking, add them in the last 10 minutes after the cooking time is complete so they cook with residual heat.
- Pack it full of protein. Double up the amount of ground turkey you use in the recipe for a heartier bite.
- Make it low carb. Craving all of the tasty flavors of Turkey Chili without all of the carbs? Simply omit the beans in the recipe and reduce the cooking time to 15 minutes. Fewer carbs and less time in the Pot before you dig in. Could it get any better?
How Long Does It Last?
Chili is one of my favorite meals to make in the fall and winter because it is filling, comforting, and it reheats like a dream.
If stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator, you should expect your Instant Pot Turkey Chili to last up to 5 days.
