How Do You Make Keto Sausage and Broccoli?
- Sausage. Heat a 10 inch skillet over medium high heat. Add oil and when the oil is hot add the sausage. Cook the sausage for about 2-3 minutes until it is browned.
- Broccoli. Add in broccoli and ¼ cup of water and immediately cover with a lid.
- Cook. Remove lid and stir at the 5 minute mark when the broccoli is relatively thawed. Check the broccoli for doneness after 7-8 minutes.
- Peppers. Mix in sliced red bell pepper. You want this a little crunchy which is why you’re mixing it in at the last minute.

Perfect in every way! Fast, convenient and keto friendly! I love the use of frozen broccoli instead of fresh. I always have more frozen on hand then fresh so this was fantastic and the fact that I didn't even have to thaw it out before using in your recipe. I did sneak in some roasted green chiles and dinner was done in a flash. Thanks for sharing!! It's in the meal rotation Ü
