I’ve experimented with so many different types of pasta, and have finally settled on Carbanada pasta that I buy from Amazon. So here’s a quick Instantpot/Instant Pot recipe for a quick supper for everyone.
At 14 gms of net carbs, it’s not the lowest of low carb recipes, but honestly, it’s not bad for pasta, so I think it works as an occasional indulgence.
- 2 cups Carbanada pasta
- 1 cup spaghetti sauce
- 1 cup water
- 8 ounces frozen meatballs (yes, you can cook them without thawing)
This is a simple "recipe". Put everything into your Instant Pot in the order listed.
Set it for High Pressure for two minutes.
- Carefully do a quick-release and stir gently.
- Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and enjoy!
