From the creaminess of the basil pesto sauce to the wonderfully savory chicken, to the crisp bite of the veggies and the slight heat from the red pepper flakes, this really is one of our best air fryer chicken recipes.
So I decided to use my air fryer to bake this this Basil Pesto Chicken for multiple reasons.
- Juicy. It does a fantastic job of cooking the dish. The chicken comes about perfectly juicy and it gives the veggies a slight crisp as if they've been cooked under a broiler.
