What's The Best Chocolate For A Keto Diet?
Honestly, chocolate doesn't have to be your enemy on a low carb diet. The darker the chocolate, the lower the sugar content is likely to be. Sugar is the real enemy when you're eating keto.
For this Keto Mousse recipe, I used unsweetened cocoa powder. If you choose to use another type of powdered chocolate, make sure you read the nutritional information to make sure it falls in line with your daily macros.
