This keto Mocha Mousse is full of rich, chocolaty espresso flavor yet is unbelievably low carb! It's also incredibly quick and easy to make. It's a great, no-cook fat bomb recipe as well.
In a stand mixer with a paddle attachment, mix together all ingredients until smooth and creamy.
Refrigerate for 1-2 hours and serve.
Notes
This is a very rich mousse. Don't serve yourself a big ole bowl of it, as not only is caloric but it's very filling. I've listed it as 6 servings but we got a lot more than 6 out of it.
