Is Hummus Keto?
Unfortunately, this hummus recipe is not a low carb snack. Chickpeas are naturally high in carbs and they are the main ingredient in this recipe.
How Long Does Hummus Last?
Store-bought hummus has a tendency to last a little longer than homemade hummus. So if you're used to being able to snack on that container for 5-7 days from the grocery store, plan on the life of this recipe to be a little shorter.
For the best flavor and texture, try to eat this within 3-5 days of when it is prepared.

Woah! I'm really enjoying the template/theme of this blog. It's simple, yet effective. A lot of times it's very hard to get that "perfect balance" between user friendliness and visual appeal. I must say that you've done a very good job with this. In addition, the blog loads super fast for me on Opera. Exceptional Blog!

Any chance you know the protein count for this? If not, I'll not be lazy and figure out the answer myself. Not sure what to eat with the hummus so early in the game right now but I do look forward to crunchy raw vegetables "one of these days"...

A lot of sleevers talk about using Kim's Magic pops as "vehicles" for their hummus, chicken salad, etc. I haven't tried it, but it seems like a good idea. I think it's okay to just eat it as is. I love it plain 🙂
