These Keto Blondies are the perfect sweet treat with maple and pecan flavors to satisfy your sweet tooth. They're delightfully rich and surprisingly low carb!
One of my favorite things about living a low carb lifestyle is how easy it is to make some amazingly tasty sweet treats with just a few modifications to make them keto-friendly.
These Keto Maple Pecan Blondies are no exception. The addition of maple to this recipe may make you think "fall" but your tastebuds will make you want to reach for them all year long.
Why These Keto Blondies Are The Best Low Carb Dessert
- Easy. Mix the ingredients, bake, chill, enjoy,
- Keto. Only 4 net carbs per serving to make them the perfect low carb treat.
- Gluten-Free. A great snack or dessert for anyone with a gluten allergy.
- Yummy. The most delicious maple pecan flavors with an amazing blondie texture.
Much though I love chocolate, I understand that there are people who don't love chocolate.
Actually scratch that. I don't understand it. At all.
But I do love variety, so sometimes I feel like a keto chocolate brownie, and other times I feel like eating a blondie instead.
It feels good to have a dessert that's also healthy. It's strange using the terms "dessert" and "healthy" in the same sentence but, that's just how awesome these Keto Pecan Blondies are. They're a great way to curb those sweet cravings you might run into.
If you can believe it, these Keto Blondies are low carb. A lot of people get skeptical over low carb and healthy desserts because they think they're not going to taste very good.
I have a very simple rule before I post a keto dessert recipe.
Even it's a low carb dessert, it has to taste good enough that some one who is NOT keto, will eat it.
These blondies are the perfect sweet treat without sacrificing flavor and yes, I'm quite sure your non-keto family and friends will also like them.

The taste is really good and it pairs perfectly with your maple pecan frosting. I will say they were a little dry so next time I will add an extra egg and a big dollup of sour cream and it will be marvelous!

Recipe calls for Swerve, but doesn't specify if it should be granulated or confectioner's (i.e. powdered). To confuse the matter more, the Amazon link you provided to the Swerve product is for a 2-pack, containing both granulated and powdered. Which do I use?

So if doesn’t matter as long as you ensure that the serve is dissolved. The powdered dissolves faster

I make these with walnuts, as the original recipe called for. I use a 9x9 silicone pan and bake for 35 min at 350. They turn out very well! (Don't understand how they can burn in 25 min.)

I am a regular baker by profession. I made these last night, baked for 25 minutes as I always check before the recipe states and they are SO DARK on the bottom, burned around the edges, very bitter. Also, this is more like a cake than a bar. very disappointed.

Very good, but recipe calls for walnuts! So, are the macros for walnuts or pecans??
Cat
Ummm, maple pecan blondes but calls for walnuts?

Made this for a work potluck because I found d a bag of pecans in my cupboard and it was fantastic! Made one minor change - I was short on butter so I threw in a couple of tablespoons of full fat sour cream. Not sure how significantly that changed the chemistry, but the texture was terrific - very light and cake-like.
