I've been craving a treat for a while, but I'm also trying to slowly increase my protein intake and reduce carbs as I progress my "apres galpoundsladder surgery" diet. So we decided to try a protein milk shake. I couldn't finish all of it, but if you can, it's 32 gms of protein and only 8 gms of net carbs, and 100% delicious. So simple too!
