One of my favorite things about this dish is how quick and easy it is to make. This recipe uses meat from a cooked rotisserie chicken, which makes the recipe super quick to make.
I like to use rotisserie chicken in place of uncooked chicken in some of my recipes in order to save myself the time and effort of cooking the chicken myself. This means less time cooking and more time eating, which is a huge win in my book.
No cream of anything soup in this Keto Broccoli Chicken Casserole. No potato chips on top, unlike in your typical chicken divan casserole.
Just good, wholesome, all-natural, and clean food.
This is a fantastic way to use up leftover rotisserie chicken as well. You could also try my Chicken Cordon Bleu Casserole for rotisserie chicken, as well as my Chicken Kale Soup.
