Ok, I have something to confess. When I first used this Dash Compact Air Fryer, I wasn't impressed. That was because I was trying to compare it to my other full-sized air fryers that cook with much higher wattages. This air fryer only cooks with 1000 Watts, making it less powerful than full-sized models, but that is to be expected with its small size.

The cooking basket is quite small, holding a 1.2 quart capacity, but it is still quite functional for one or two people. The small footprint makes it great for small cooking spaces or storing out of sight when it's not being used. Read even more about it in my full Dash Compact Air Fryer Review.

When I first saw this Dash Mini Toaster Oven I immediately fell in love. It is so adorable and reminded me of something straight out of The Jetsons.

The truth about this mini toaster oven is, if you're wanting to toast a piece or two of bread or reheat something without using your microwave, this is quite efficient. However, the functionality stops there. There is a turn dial that allows you to adjust the temperature level and a cooking tray for easy cleanup. Unfortunately, when I think of a toaster oven, I think of being able to reheat meal-sized portions or things I don't want to heat up my whole oven for. While the Dash Mini Toaster Oven does this, it's simply too small to be practical for frequent use.

The Dash Compact Hand Mixer isn't anything special, but it does perform all of the essential functions you would expect from a hand mixer. It offers three different mixing speeds to make the perfect baked treat. It comes with easy store notches in the mixer body to attach the beaters to when not in use. It also comes in several different colors so you'll be baking in style.

The only complaint I have with this Dash hand mixer is the length of the beaters. Since it is a compact model, they are quite short and have difficulty reaching the bottom of my deeper mixing bowls.
