This is a fabulous recipe that I now make quite frequently. Every time I make it there are no leftovers. My boys say this is their new favorite.

Absolutely a family favorite!! It doesn't necessarily look pretty, but we never have any leftovers. Great flavors.

This recipe is easy and amazing. The only thing I really do differently is I try to put the chicken in a little ahead of the mushrooms, spinach, tomatoes, Italian seasoning, salt and pepper, to give the chicken a little extra time to cook.
It's also easy to add more spinach if you like.
AND I like to make extra to freeze for another meal. It's great fresh, and almost as good after freezing.
Thanks!

This meal is absolutely delicious. I do have a question though. I want to cut down on some of the fats so I was going to try subbing the heavy cream with butter and milk. I don’t mind the extra milk carbs since I’m always so low on carbs. Would this work and taste just as good? I hate experimenting and ruining a meal!
