Prepare the Wonton Wrappers. Start by cutting your wonton wrappers into triangles. You can stack a few wrappers at a time and use a sharp knife or a pizza cutter to make even cuts.
Season and Oil. Place the wonton triangles on a baking sheet. Brush each piece lightly with olive oil, and sprinkle with salt or your preferred seasonings.
