Korean BBQ Chicken | Air Fryer Korean BBQ Chicken Recipe
Korean BBQ chicken is a delicious and flavorful dish that is loved by many. It’s a perfect blend of sweet, spicy, and savory flavors, and it’s a great way to add some excitement to your weeknight dinners.
First, combine the gochujang sauce, soy sauce, honey, sesame oil, rice vinegar, ginger paste, minced garlic, and black pepper.
Then, reserve 1/2 of the marinade to toss the chicken in after it is cooked.
Next, add the chicken pieces to one of the bowls of sauce and toss them until they are fully coated. Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes or up to 2 hours.
Preheat your air fryer to 375F. Drizzle a tablespoon of vegetable oil over the chicken and toss to coat. Place the chicken in the air fryer basket in a single layer. Cook for 10-12 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through.
Finally, once the chicken is fully cooked, remove it from the air fryer, toss in the reserved sauce (that did not have the raw chicken in it), and transfer it to a serving dish. Garnish with sesame seeds and chopped green onions.
