Instructions
Cut each corn cob in half crosswise, then stand each half upright and slice lengthwise into quarters.
Toss the corn ribs with olive oil, Cajun seasoning, garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, and black pepper.
Put the corn ribs in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Cook until the corn is tender and the edges are starting to crisp and curl.
While the corn cooks, melt the butter and stir in a little extra Cajun seasoning.
Brush the cooked corn ribs with the melted Cajun butter while they are still hot.
Top with chopped parsley and serve with lime wedges before serving.
