Instructions
Preheat your oven to 425°F. Lightly grease a baking dish.
Pour rinsed, uncooked long grain white rice into the baking dish and spread it into an even layer.
Pour in the broth and French onion soup. Sprinkle over the garlic powder, onion powder, and black pepper.
Slice the stick of butter into pats and place them evenly over the top of the rice mixture.
Cover the baking dish tightly with foil and bake until the rice is tender and the liquid is absorbed.
Remove the foil, fluff the rice gently with a fork, and garnish with parsley.
