Instructions
Wash and dry the cucumbers, then slice them into thin rounds or half moons.
Chop or shred the imitation crab into bite-sized pieces.
Whisk together the mayonnaise, soy sauce, rice vinegar, sesame oil, and sriracha.
Combine the cucumbers, imitation crab, and green onions. Add the diced avocado.
Pour the sauce over the mixture and toss.
Top with sesame seeds and crushed seaweed snacks and serve.
