Prepare Dough. Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface to fit your pizza pan or baking sheet.
Bake. Place the pizza crust in the preheated oven and bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the crust is golden brown.
Cook Ground Beef. While the crust is baking, cook the ground beef in a skillet over medium heat for 5-7 minutes until browned. Drain any excess fat. Add taco seasoning and 1/4 cup of water. Simmer until the liquid is absorbed.
Layer with Refried Beans. Spread a thin layer of refried beans over the cooked crust, leaving a small border around the edges.
Add Sour Cream and Taco Sauce. Use a spoon to spread sour cream and taco sauce over the top of the refried beans.
Add Meat and Cheese. Evenly spread the seasoned ground beef over the sour cream. Sprinkle with shredded cheese.
Top with Fresh Ingredients. Sprinkle on shredded lettuce, diced tomatoes, black olives, jalapenos, and green onions.
Slice and Serve. Cut the pizza into slices and serve hot.
