Ingredients

Pretzel Crust

Cream Cheese Layer

  • 8 oz Cream Cheese
  • 1 cup Granulated Sugar
  • 1 1/2 cups Whipped Topping

Strawberry Layer

  • 6 oz Strawberry Jello
  • 2 cups Water boiling
  • 1 1/2 cups Cold Water
  • 4 cups Strawberries sliced

Instructions

  • Combine crushed pretzels, melted butter, and granulated sugar. Press the crust mixture into a 9x13 baking dish and bake at 350F for 10 minutes until set.
  • Blend the softened cream cheese with granulated sugar until smooth, then fold in whipped topping. Spread this over the cooled crust.
  • Create the Strawberry Layer. Arrange sliced strawberries over the cream cheese and whipped topping layer. Prepare the strawberry Jello as directed and pour it over the strawberries.
  • Chill and Set. Refrigerate the dessert until the Jello layer is firm and the entire dish is thoroughly chilled.
