Instructions
Prep the Garlic
. Peel away the loose outer layers, then slice off the top ¼ inch of the head to expose the cloves.
Drizzle and Wrap.
Place each head on a piece of foil. Drizzle generously with olive oil and sprinkle with a pinch of salt. Wrap tightly.
Roast.
Bake in a 400°F oven for 40–45 minutes until the cloves are golden brown and fork-tender.
Cool and Squeeze.
Let the garlic cool slightly, then squeeze the soft cloves out of their skins.
