Prepare the Dough. Start by rolling your pizza dough into a rectangle on a lightly floured surface. Cut the dough into 1-inch strips. Tie each strip into a small knot and place them on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
Make the Garlic Butter. In a small saucepan, melt the butter over low heat. Add minced garlic, a pinch of salt, and chopped parsley. Stir until fragrant and well combined.
Brush & Bake. Preheat your oven to 400°F. Brush each knot generously with the garlic butter mixture. Bake the knots for 12–15 minutes or until golden brown.
Add Finishing Touches. Once baked, brush the knots again with any remaining garlic butter. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese if desired and serve warm.
