Instructions
Heat a small amount of olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add the garlic paste and stir until fragrant.
Add the chicken broth, salt, and pepper to the same skillet and bring it to a boil. Add the ditalini and cook for 7-9 minutes, or until al dente.
Once most of the broth is absorbed into the pasta, add in heavy cream, Parmesan cheese, and unsalted butter. Stir until the ditalini is coated.
Top with fresh chopped parsley for color and freshness. Serve hot with extra Parmesan on top.
