Wash and dry the fruit well. Chop the strawberries into small pieces so they mix more evenly into the yogurt.
In a bowl, stir together the Greek yogurt, vanilla extract, and honey if using. Fold the chopped strawberries, blueberries, and any other fruit you want to use into the yogurt mixture.
Line a tray or plate with parchment paper. Spoon small mounds of the yogurt fruit mixture onto the parchment, spacing them slightly apart.
Place the tray in the freezer and freeze until the clusters are firm and easy to pick up.
Place the chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl with a small amount of oil. Heat in 30-second intervals and stir until smooth.
Once frozen, transfer the clusters to a freezer-safe container or bag and keep them frozen until ready to enjoy.
