Instructions
Soften the Cream Cheese. Leave the cream cheese at room temperature for about 30 minutes or microwave it for 15 seconds to soften.
Mix the Base. In a mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, sour cream or Greek yogurt, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Use a hand mixer for a smoother consistency or a spatula for a chunkier texture.
