Prep the Bundt Pan. Preheat your oven to 350°F and grease a bundt pan with non-stick spray or butter.
Cut the Cinnamon Rolls. Open the cans of cinnamon rolls and cut each roll into quarters.
Coat the Dough. In a bowl, mix the granulated sugar and cinnamon. Dip each cinnamon roll piece into melted butter and roll in the cinnamon-sugar mixture until fully coated.
Assemble. Place the coated dough pieces into the prepared bundt pan, layering them evenly. Sprinkle brown sugar over the dough layers for extra sweetness.
Bake. Bake the monkey bread for 30-35 minutes, or until golden brown and cooked through. If the top starts to brown too quickly, cover it with foil during the last 10 minutes of baking.
Cool and Glaze. Allow the monkey bread to cool in the pan for 10 minutes before turning it out onto a serving platter. Drizzle the icing over the top while it’s still warm.
