Instructions
Cook the Chorizo.
In a skillet over medium heat, cook the chorizo sausage until browned and cooked through. Remove excess grease if needed.
Scramble the Eggs
. In the same skillet, add a touch of oil and scramble the eggs until soft and slightly creamy.
Warm Up the Tortillas
. Heat the flour tortillas in a dry skillet or microwave to make them pliable.
Assemble
the Chorizo Breakfast Burrito
. Lay a tortilla flat and add a layer of scrambled eggs, cooked chorizo, shredded cheese, and salsa.
