Prep Your Ingredients. Shred your cheese, chop your veggies, and get your cooked chicken ready.
Assemble the Quesadillas. Lay a tortilla flat, sprinkle cheese on one half, top with chicken and veggies, then fold.
Brush and Season. Lightly brush the outside of the tortilla with olive oil and sprinkle with your chosen seasonings.
Air Fry to Perfection. Preheat your air fryer to 380°F. Place the quesadilla in the basket, and cook for about 4-6 minutes per side until golden brown and crispy.
