Prepare the Hot Dogs. Start by patting the hot dogs dry with a paper towel. This helps the bacon adhere better and prevents excess moisture from steaming the bacon.
Wrap with Bacon. Wrap each hot dog with one slice of bacon, spiraling from one end to the other. Slightly overlap the bacon as you wrap, but don’t double it up too much. This ensures even crisping. Secure the ends with toothpicks if needed.
Preheat the Air Fryer. Preheat your air fryer to 380°F for 3–5 minutes. Preheating helps the bacon start crisping immediately when it hits the basket.
Air Fry to Perfection. Place the bacon-wrapped hot dogs in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Leave a little space between each one for air circulation. Cook for 10–14 minutes, turning halfway through, until the bacon is crispy and the hot dogs are heated through.
Rest and Serve. Remove the hot dogs from the air fryer and let them rest for 1–2 minutes. Carefully remove any toothpicks, then serve in buns or on a platter with your favorite toppings.
