Instructions
Prepare the Potatoes
. Boil for 13-15 minutes or until tender, then cool and chop.
Cook the Eggs.
Hard boil the eggs according to your favorite method (try

to keep things simple).
Mix the Dressing
. Combine mayonnaise, mustard, and seasonings in a large bowl.
Combine
. Add the potatoes, eggs, onions, and celery to the dressing and mix gently.
Chill
. Refrigerate for at least an hour before serving.
