Instructions
Prepare the egg bite batter by mixing all of the ingredients together in a large bowl.
Spray the inside of a silicone egg bite mold with nonstick spray.
Fill each section of the egg bite mold with the egg mixture and place the lid on tightly.
Place a trivet and one cup of water inside the Instant Pot liner.
Stack the egg bite mold(s) on top of the trivet.
Put the lid on your Instant Pot and cook for 8 minutes under high pressure. When the cooking time is complete, quickly release all remaining pressure.
Carefully remove the egg bite molds from the Instant Pot and take the lid off. Remove the egg bites from the mold and enjoy!
