How To Make South Indian Chicken Curry 

1. Grind cumin, coriander, fenugreek & peppercorns. 2. Place chicken, onions,  ginger, garlic, tamarind paste, coconut milk, salt, turmeric, cayenne, and water into your Instant Pot. 3. Add spice mix and stir. 4. Cook for 6 minutes at high. Allow the pot to rest for 10 minutes. 5. Add coconut milk and stir. 6. Garnish with cilantro and serve with rice or naan.
