How to make Skillet Lasagna

1. Heat an ovenproof skillet over medium-high heat and add oil. 2. Once the oil is hot, add the ground beef, celery, onion, and garlic. 3. Cooks the ground beef, breaking it up with a wooden spoon until no longer pink. This should take around 5-6 minutes.

4 Stir together the ricotta, half of the mozzarella, the parmesan, eggs, italian seasoning, minced garlic, garlic powder, and pepper. 5. Spread the cheese over the top of the meat mixture. 7.
