How to make Shrimp Risotto
1. Melt the butter and add rice, water, lemon juice, salt and pepper.
2. Put shrimp and veggies on top. You will need to use frozen shrimp and vegetables.
3. Cook at High Pressure for 6 minutes, with a quick release.
4. Mix, let water absorb back into rice if needed and serve with Parmesan cheese.
