Salmon Croquettes

These deliciously crunchy Salmon Croquettes will be your new favorite air fryer recipe!  They're bursting with flavor and have the perfect crunch thanks to your air fryer.

What You'll Need

– Air Fryer – Silicone Tongs – Salmon Packets – Eggs – Panko – Chopped Green Scallions – Dried Dill – Kosher Salt – Ground Black Pepper – Cooking Oil Spray – Lemon

How to make Salmon Croquettes

1. Combine the salmon, egg, bread crumbs, scallion, dill weed, and salt and black pepper to taste. Gently mix until well-combined. Form into 4 patties. 2. Spray the air fryer basket with cooking spray. Lightly mist both sides of the patties with cooking spray.

3. Arrange the patties in the air fryer basket. Set the air fryer to 400°F for 15 minutes. Halfway through the cooking time, turn the patties and spray both sides with more vegetable oil spray. When done, patties should be golden-brown and crisp. 4. Serve croquettes hot with lemon wedges.

Tips and Tricks

– Make sure to flip these halfway through to ensure they're crispy on both sides. – Don't be afriad to liberally spray these with cooking spray. They won't be oily, but will get nice and crunchy as they cook. – To make these low carb, switch out the Panko for crushed pork rinds.
