1. Pour ingredients into the inner liner of your IP and press MEAT and set to 30 minutes at high pressure.
2. Allow NPR for 10 mins.
3. Turn your Instant Pot on to Sauté and allow the sauce to start boiling so it stays hot.
4. Remove the chuck steak and cut into long slices, and add back to the sauce.
5. Add in the sliced olives and serve with rice or a side salad.
