How To Make Pork Belly Cabbage Soup
1. Heat a saucepan over high heat. Add in pork belly and turn down to medium. Sauté until meat is cooked.
2. Remove almost all but 2 tablespoons-ish of the fat.
3. Add shredded cabbage and mushrooms and stir.
4. Pour in broth, miso paste, and sesame paste and stir. When it boils, remove from the heat. Stir in vinegar and serve.
