1. Preheat smoker to 225F. 2. Place water and Apple cider vinegar in the inner liner of your IP. 3. On a steamer rack, place the four pieces of ribs. 4. Season the ribs with seasoning of your choice. 5. Cook on high pressure for 20 minutes, and allow pressure to release for 10 minutes.
