How To Make Low Carb Soup
1. Put olive oil in the pot. Add garlic, onions, and stir.
2. Add the sausage and break up any large pieces.
3. Add kale, tomatoes, water, basil, salt and pepper. Stir, close the lid.
4. Cook for 5 mins on high. Allow it to release pressure naturally for 10 mins.
5. Add tomato paste and heavy whipping cream or coconut milk and stir to incorporate. Garnish with fresh basil and serve.
