– Baking Sheet – Parchment Paper – Riced Cauliflower – Dried Garlic – Ground Black Pepper – Italian Seasoning – Kosher Salt – Shredded Mozzarella – Eggs – Pizza Sauce – Shredded Mozzarella – Grated Parmesan Cheese – Slices Salami or Sausage – Red Onion – Sliced Bell Pepper

How to make Low Carb Pizza

1. Place parchment paper in the bottom of a 9x13 baking sheet. 2. Preheat oven to 350F. 3. Place eggs into the bottom of a large blender. Add riced cauliflower, garlic, pepper, Italian seasoning, salt, and shredded cheese. Blend on low speed.

4. Pour the cauliflower mixture into the prepared pan. Pat the dough into an even layer about 1/2 inch thick. 5. Bake at 350F for 40 minutes. 6. Remove from the oven and turn the oven up to 450F whilst you add toppings to the pizza.

7. Begin with the pizza sauce, followed by the mozzarella and Parmesan. 8. Add the sausage, red onion and green pepper and return to the very hot oven for 7-10 minutes. 9. Remove from the oven and allow to cool for5 minutes before taking it out of the tin and serving.
