– Olive Oil – Celery – Red Onion – Lean Ground Beef – Low Sugar Marinara – Garlic – Kosher Salt – Ground Black Pepper – Ricotta Cheese – Mozzarella Cheese – Parmesan Cheese – Eggs – Italian Seasoning – Garlic Powder

How to make Low Carb Lasagna

1. Heat the oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Add the celery, onion & ground beef and cook. 2. Add the rest of the ingredients of the meat layer and let it cook. 3. Meanwhile, mix up your cheese layer (saving half your mozzarella cheese) and spread it gently over the top of the meat mixture.

How to make Low Carb Lasagna

4. Cover the top with the remaining mozzarella cheese. 5. Cover the skillet and let it cook for 10-15 minutes. 6. Place the pan under a hot broiler for 2-3 minutes to brown the top. 7. Let cool for 10 minutes before slicing.
