What You'll Need

– 12 inch Skillet – Oil – Boneless Skinless Chicken Breast – Fish Sauce – Minced Garlic – Splenda – Onion – Bell Peppers – Kosher Salt – Cashews – Chopped Green Scallions – Cilantro – Basil – Eggs

1. Marinate the chicken with fish sauce, garlic, and Splenda. 2. Add oil to a hot pan and cook the chicken on high heat.
