How To Make Keto Shrimp And Grits

1. Cook cauliflower in water for 5 minutes. Drain excess water. 2. Add butter, cheese, salt, and pepper and puree with an immersion blender. 3. In a skillet, heat butter on medium-low heat. Add garlic, sauté for 30 secs. 4. Add shrimp, Cajun seasoning, cream, and cook. Mix in lemon juice and parsley. 5. Serve shrimp on top of mounds of the “grits”.
