– Olive Oil – Celery – Red Onion – Lean Ground Beef – Low Sugar Marinara Sauce – Garlic – Kosher Salt – Ground Black Pepper – Ricotta Cheese – Mozzarella Cheese – Parmesan Cheese – Eggs – Italian Seasoning – Garlic Powder – Ground Black Pepper

How to make Keto Lasagna 

1. Heat the oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Add the celery, onion & ground beef and cook until meat is no longer pink. 2. Add the rest of the ingredients of the meat layer and let it cook on a gentle heat. 3. Meanwhile, mix up your cheese layer and spread it gently over the top of the meat mixture.

How to make Keto Lasagna 

4. Cover the top with the remaining mozzarella. 5. Cover the skillet and let it cook on medium low heat for 10-15 minutes. 6. Place the pan under a hot broiler for 2-3 minutes to brown the top. 7. Let cool for 10 minutes before slicing.
