How to make Keto Eggnog Custard
1. Blend together eggs, half and half, whipping cream, Truvia on low speed and ground nutmeg.
2. Pour mixture into a 6-cup microwave-safe bowl.
3. Cook in your microwave at 50% power for 4 minutes. Do not use at full power unless you want scrambled eggs in your custard. Stir thoroughly.
4. Continue to cook at 50% power for an additional 3-4 minutes. Stir well.
5. Serve either hot or cold.
