How To Make Keto Cream Of Mushroom Soup

1. Place all ingredients except finishing cream into your Instant Pot. 2. Set the Instant Pot on High for 10 minutes. Allow  pot to sit for 10 minutes and then release any remaining pressure. 3. Use an immersion blender to purée the soup leaving some mushroom pieces whole for texture. 4. Pour in the cream, stir well, and serve.
