How to make Juicy Pork Chops

1. Brine pork chops in a solution of water, sugar, and salt as mentioned in the post. 2. Use a hot pan to sear so it cooks quickly. 3. Baste frequently with butter. 4. Use a meat thermometer for any recipe that has a sauce on it, because you won’t be able to tell if cooked by sight alone.

How to Air Fry Pork Chops

1. Set the air fryer at 380F for 15 minutes.  2. Place the chops in the air fryer basket and cook.  3. Use a meat thermometer to ensure the chops have reached an internal temperature of 145°F.

How to make perfect Instant Pot Pork Chops

1. Sear if desired, but, once you pressure cook, that sear will die a small little death. 2. Deglaze the pot thoroughly. Add about ¾ cup of liquid (of your choice) for 4 pork chops.  3. Cook on high pressure for ZERO minutes. Allow pressure to release naturally for 5 minutes, and then release all remaining pressure.
