Salmon with Orange Ginger Sauce

– Salmon Fillets – Dark Soy Sauce – Minced Ginger – Minced Garlic – Kosher Salt – Ground Black Pepper – Low Sugar Marmalade

How to Make Instant Pot Salmon 

1. Place salmon in a ziplock bag. 2. Mix all the sauce ingredient and pour over the salmon. Allow it to marinate for 15-30 minutes. 3. Put 2 cups of water in the inner liner of your pressure cooker. 4. Place a steamer rack into the liner.

How to Make Instant Pot Salmon 

5.  Place the pan of salmon and sauce on the rack. 6. Cook for 3 Minutes low. 7. Allow to release pressure naturally for 5 mins. 8.  You can serve right away or broil for 3-4 minutes for a browned finish.
