1. Turn your Instant Pot or Pressure cooker onto Sauté. 2. Coat the chicken with the cumin, chile, and salt. 3. Pour the oil into the pressure cooker once it is hot, and add the coated chicken pieces. 4. Cook it for 4-5 minutes.
